هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن درجة ممارسة استراتيجيات المنظمة المتعلمة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء البادية الشمالية الغربية وعلاقتها بأنماط تفكيرهم. استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات تمَّ التأكد من دلالات صدقهما وثباتهما. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (383) معلمًا ومعلمة، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة استراتيجيات المنظمة المتعلمة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء البادية الشمالية الغربية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأن أنماط التفكير السائدة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء البادية الشمالية الغربية كانت على الترتيب التالي: (التنظيمي، المنطقي، الاجتماعي، الإبداعي)، وأنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة دالة إحصائيًا بين ممارسة استراتيجيات المنظمة المتعلمة لدى مديري المدارس على الدرجة الكلية ومجالاتها وبين أنماط التفكير لديهم. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد وزارة التربية والتعليم برامج تدريبية لتعزيز ممارسة استراتيجيات المنظمة المتعلمة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء البادية الشمالية الغربية.

The study aimed to reveal the degree of practicing the strategies of the learning organization among the principals of public schools in the Northwestern Badia district and its relationship to their thinking patterns.  The descriptive, correlational survey method was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The indications of their validity and reliability were confirmed.  The sample of the study consisted of (383) male and female teachers, and the results showed that the degree of practicing the strategies of the learning organization among the principals of public schools in the Northwestern Badia District was moderate, and that the prevailing thinking patterns among the principals of public schools in the Northwestern Badia Province were in the following order: (Organizational, logical, social, creative), and that there is a direct positive correlation statistically significant between the practice of learning organization strategies for school principals on the total score and its fields and their thinking patterns.  The study recommended that the Ministry of Education should hold training programs to enhance the practice of learning organization strategies among public school principals in the Northwestern Badia district.
