هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس داخل الخط الخضر للمرونة الإدارية وعلاقتها بإبداعهم الإداري من وجهة نظر المعلمين، استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات وتحليلها، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من (11312) معلمًا ومعلمة في المدارس الثانوية، وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (405) معلمًا ومعلمة، تمَّ اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وأظهرت النتائج أنَّ درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس داخل الخط الخضر للمرونة الإدارية  جاءت بدرجة (كبيرة)، وأنَّ مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس داخل الخط الخضر جاء بدرجة (كبيرة)، وبيّنت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α= 0.05) بين درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس داخل الخط الأخضر للمرونة الإدارية ومستوى الإبداع الإداري لديهم، وبناءً على ذلك توصي الدراسة، بضرورة الاستمرار بعقد دورات تدريبية لمديري المدارس حول المرونة الادارية.

The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of administrative flexibility by school principals within the Green Line and its relationship to their administrative creativity from the point of view of teachers. The descriptive relational approach was used, and the questionnaire was a tool for data collection and analysis.  Secondary school, and the sample of the study consisted of (405) male and female teachers, who were selected in a simple random way, and the results showed that the degree of practice of administrative flexibility by school principals within the Green Line came to a (significant) degree, and that the level of administrative creativity among school principals  Inside the green line came with a (significant) degree, and the results showed the existence of a positive correlation with statistical significance at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the degree of practice of administrative flexibility by school principals within the green line and the level of their administrative creativity, based on  Accordingly, the study recommends the need to continue holding training courses for school principals on administrative flexibility
