هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة معلمات الصفوف الثلاث الأولى في لواء بنى عبيد للشراكة المجتمعية من وجهة نظرهنَّ؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمَّ اختيار عينة مكونة من (292) معلمة في لواء بنى عبيد، حيث تمَّ اختيارهنّ بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وطُبق عليهنَّ مقياس الشراكة المجتمعية، وأظهرت النتائج أنَّ درجة ممارسة معلمات الصفوف الثلاث الأولى للشراكة المجتمعية لدى معلمات الصفوف الثلاث الأولى من وجهة نظرهنَّ في لواء بنى عبيد كانت ضمن المستوى الكبير، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس الشراكة المجتمعية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس الشراكة المجتمعية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح البكالوريوس؛ بناءً على النتائج أوصت الدراسة في المحافظة على استمرارية الشراكة المجتمعية ضمن المستويات الكبيرة، وذلك من خلال تعزيز قيمها وأطرها في المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي.

The current study aimed to identify the degree of practice of the teachers of the first three grades in the Bani Obeid district of community partnership from their point of view;  In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a sample of (292) female teachers was selected in the Bani Obeid District, where they were selected in a simple random way, and the community partnership scale was applied to them.  Their point of view in the Bani Obeid district was within the large level, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample on the community partnership scale due to the experience variable, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample on the community partnership scale due to  For the educational qualification variable in favor of the bachelor’s degree;  Based on the results, the study recommended maintaining the continuity of community partnership within the large levels, by strengthening its values ​​and frameworks in the school and the local community.
