هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى إدارة المخاطر لدى مديري المدارس داخل الخط الأخضر وعلاقتها بالبراعة التنظيمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، تمَّ تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (402) معلمًا ومعلمة، اختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى إدارة المخاطر لدى مديري المدارس جاءت بدرجة كبيرة؛ وأنَّ مستوى البراعة التنظيمية جاء بدرجة كبيرة، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية معتدلة دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) بين مستوى إدارة المخاطر لدى مديري المدارس ومستوى البراعة التنظيمية لديهم. توصي الدراسة بقيام مديري المدارس بالتنبؤ والكشف عن مصادر جديدة للمخاطر المحتملة، والتي تُهدد العملية التعليمية.

The study aimed to identify risk management among principals inside the Green Line and its relationship to organizational prowess from the teachers’ point of view. The descriptive, correlational survey approach was used, and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, as it was applied to a sample of (402) male and female teachers, chosen randomly.  simple, and the results showed that the level of risk management among school principals came to a high degree;  And that the level of organizational ingenuity came to a high degree, and there was a positive, moderate, statistically significant correlation at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the level of risk management of school principals and the level of organizational ingenuity they had.  The study recommends that school principals predict and detect new sources of potential risks that threaten the educational process.
