هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس للقرارات الإدارية المدرسية وعلاقتها بالإبداع الإداري لديهم من وجهة نظر المعلمين، استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الحكومية في مديرية تربية لواء البادية الشمالية الغربية البالغ عددهم (1310) معلمًا ومعلمة، اختيرت منهم عينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة تكونت من (300) معلمًا ومعلمة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس للقرارات الإدارية المدرسية من وجهة نظر المعلمين على الأداة ككل جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن مستوى الأداء الإبداع الإداري لمديري المدارس من وجهة نظر المعلمين على الأداة ككل جاء بدرة مرتفعة، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة قوية ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الاحصائية (0.05=α) بين تطبيق مديري المدارس للقرارات الإدارية المدرسية ومستوى الإبداع الإداري لديهم. في ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج توصي الدراسة بالاستمرار في عقد الدورات التدريبية من قبل الجهات المختصة في وزارة التربية والتعليم التي تُعنى بتعزيز مفهوم القرارات الإدارية لدى مديري المدارس، والعمل على تطبيق وممارسة هذا المفهوم في مختلف جوانب العمل المدرسي.

The study aimed to identify the degree of school principals’ application of school administrative decisions and its relationship to their administrative creativity from the teachers’ point of view. The descriptive relational approach was used, and the questionnaire was a tool for data collection. The study population consisted of all the male and female teachers of public schools in the Directorate of Education of the Northwestern Badia District, who numbered (1310) male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that the degree of application of school principals to school administrative decisions from the point of view of teachers on the tool as a whole came to a high degree, and that the level of performance of administrative creativity of school principals from the point of view of teachers on the tool as a whole was high, and there was a strong positive correlation with significant significance  Statistical at the level of statistical significance (α = 0.05) between school principals’ application of school administrative decisions and their level of administrative creativity.  In light of the findings of the study, the study recommends the continuation of holding training courses by the competent authorities in the Ministry of Education that are concerned with promoting the concept of administrative decisions among school principals, and working on applying and practicing this concept in various aspects of school work.
