أتى البحث :في مقدمة ،ومباحث، وخاتمة، ومشروع البحث يهدف إلى : شرح للقاعدة – كذلك توضيح وبيان التفصيلات التي تتعلق بالقاعدة من أمثله واستثناءات وتطبيقات _ وما أتى موافق ومخالف للقاعدة – الاعتراض على القاعدة . ويمكن القول : أنها أساس عند العلماء – ثبات الدليل ثبات للحكم .

The research consists of an introduction, chapters, and a conclusion. The research project aims to: explain the rule, clarify and elaborate on the details related to the rule, including examples, exceptions, and applications, as well as what is consistent with and contrary to the rule, and object to the rule. It can be said that it is a foundation for scholars—the stability of the evidence is the stability of the ruling.
