هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعريف بدور المشرف التربوي في تعزيز الشراكة المجتمعية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (177) مديرَ مدرسةٍ من مديرية التربية والتعليم في محافظة جرش، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة تضمنت ثلاثة مجالات : دعم الشراكة المجتمعية في صنع القرار، وتنظيم عمليات (التطوع والدعم والتمويل)، والمسؤولية المجتمعية، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنَّ المشرفين التربويين ومديري المدارس في تربية جرش يمارسون جميع الأنشطة التي تعزز الشراكة المجتمعية بدرجة كبيرة، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين ومديري المدارس في تربية جرش للمشاركة المجتمعية تعزى إلى متغيري الجنس وسنوات الخبرة. وقد أوصت الدراسة عقد دورات تدريبية للمشرفين التربويين يتم التركيز فيها على دور المشرف التربوي في تعزيز   المسؤولية المجتمعية ورفع مستواها في العملية التعليمية.

The current study aimed to identify the role of educational supervisor in promoting the community partnership in the educational process in Jerash public schools from school principals’ point of view. The study used the descriptive survey method. The sample of the study consisted of (177) school principals from the Jerash Directorate of Education. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was developed that include three areas which are: supporting the community partinership in decision-making, development, support and funding as well as social responsibility. The results of the study showed that educational supervisors and school principals in Jerash are practicing all areas of community partnership in a high degree. The results also revealed that there were no significant differences for the role of the educational supervisor in activating the community partnership in the public schools in Jerash from school principals’ point of view, due to the variables of gender and years of experience. The study recommended holding training courses for educational supervisors, with a focus on the role of the educational supervisor in promoting and raising the level of social responsibility in the educational process.
