هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف معوقات تقبل العمل المهني لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في الاردن من وجهة نظر المعلمين، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي المعتمد على الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتكونت الاستبانة من 40 فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات: مجال المعوقات الاسرية، ومجال المعوقات المدرسية، ومجال المعوقات المجتمعية، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المعلمين والمعلمات في المدارس الثانوية للعام الدراسي  (2020 / 2021م)، تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية من المعلمين والمعلمات في المدارس الثانوية المهنية وبلغ حجم العينة (400) معلم ومعلمة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن معوقات تقبل العمل المهني لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في الاردن من وجهة نظر المعلمين بلغت (3.86) وبدرجة مرتفعة، مما يشير إلى ضرورة وضع سياسات واضحة فيما يتعلق بالمؤسسات التعليمية من خلال تكثيف دور وسائل الإعلام واستخدامها بصورة صحيحة من خلال عرض  برامج ثقافية متعلقة بالعمل المهني بالإضافة الى تبادل الزيارات المدرسية للمدارس المهنية بأخذ طلاب الصف العاشر الى إحدى المدارس المهنية  لتشجيعها ولزيادة الوعي الفكري لدى  الطالب حول التعليم المهني.

The study aimed to identify the obstacles to accepting professional work among secondary school students in Jordan from the point of view of teachers, and the study used the descriptive approach based on the questionnaire as a study tool. The study population consisted of all male and female teachers in secondary schools for the academic year (2020/2021 ), the study sample was selected in a stratified random way from male and female teachers in vocational secondary schools, and the sample size was (400) male and female teachers, and to answer the study questions, statistical analyzes were conducted appropriate, and the study showed the following results:The obstacles to accepting professional work among secondary school students in Jordan from the point of view of teachers amounted to (3.86), with a high degree. This indicates the need to develop clear policies with regard to educational institutions by intensifying the role of the media and using them correctly by presenting cultural programs related to professional work in addition to exchanging school visits to vocational schools by taking tenth grade students to a vocational school to encourage it and to increase the student’s intellectual awareness about Vocational education.
