This research provides a comprehensive study of Dhul-Qarnayn, the righteous and just king mentioned in the Holy Qur’an. The study aims to highlight his character, his missions of justice and reform, and his remarkable leadership qualities. Through an analysis of Qur’anic verses and historical narrations, the research clarifies the identity of Dhul-Qarnayn and the moral lessons derived from his story. It concludes that Dhul-Qarnayn represents the ideal model of divine leadership — one that combines faith, justice, and wisdom in governing nations.
