الملخص

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع ممارسة تربية السلام والتسامح في مدارس مديرية لواء الجيزة من وجهة نظر المعلمين ، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج النوعي، وتم اختيار عينة بلغ عدد أفرادها(30) معلماً ومعلمة من مدارس لواء الجيزة للعام الدراسي 2019 / 2020. وقد تمت الاجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة من خلال المقابلة، حيث أظهرت النتائج: أن للمعلمين دور أساسي وحوري في تربية الطلبة على السلام وقيم التسامح، كما أن هناك كثير من الطرق والوسائل التي يستخدموها مع الطلبة لتربيتهم على السلام وقيم التسامح، والملامح التي يرغب بها المعلمون اكسابها للطبية أتت موافقة لطبيعة مهنة التعليم وخصوصيتها. ومن توصيات الدراسة ما يلي: زيادة الاهتمام بغرس السلام وقيم التسامح بين الطلبة، وذلك من خلال إثراء المناهج الدراسية بهذه القيم، إجراء المزيد من الدراسات والأبحاث التي تتناول تربية السلام والتسامح في المؤسسات التربوية.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the reality of the practice of peace and tolerance education in the schools of the Giza District from the point of view of the teachers. To achieve the objective of the study, the qualitative approach was used, and a sample of (30) male and female teachers from the Giza District schools was selected for the academic year 2019/2020. The study’s questions were answered through the interview, where the results showed: that teachers have a fundamental and pivotal role in educating students on peace and the values of tolerance, and there are many methods and means that they use with students to educate them on peace and the values of tolerance, and the features that teachers want to acquire medical It came in agreement with the nature and privacy of the teaching profession. Among the recommendations of the study are the following:Increasing interest in instilling peace and tolerance values among students, by enriching the curricula with these values. Conducting more studies and research dealing with peace and tolerance education in educational institutions.
