Passion Scientific Refereed Journal for Human Studies welcomes the submission of original scholarly research that falls within the journal’s scope and meets its academic standards, provided that the manuscript has not been previously published and is not simultaneously submitted for publication elsewhere.
All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo initial screening and scholarly evaluation under the Double-Blind Peer Review system, in accordance with the journal’s policies and editorial procedures.
Manuscript Submission Requirements
Submitted manuscripts must meet the following requirements:
1. Originality of the Research
The manuscript must:
- Be original and not previously published in any form.
- Not be simultaneously submitted for publication elsewhere.
- Comply with the principles of academic integrity and recognized research and publication ethics.
- Be free from plagiarism or any unauthorized use of the work of others.
2. Relevance to the Journal’s Scope
The subject of the manuscript must fall within the humanities disciplines covered by the journal and must be consistent with the journal’s published Aims & Scope.
3. Language and Academic Style
The manuscript must be written in clear and appropriate academic language and should be free from grammatical, linguistic, and spelling errors that may affect the clarity and quality of the research.
Authors must comply with the journal’s language and formatting requirements as specified in the official Manuscript Template and approved submission requirements.
4. Manuscript Formatting
The manuscript must be prepared using the journal’s official Manuscript Template and must comply with its formatting requirements.
The manuscript must:
- Be submitted in Microsoft Word format (DOC or DOCX).
- Be between 18 and 25 pages, including references and appendices.
- Follow the requirements for fonts and font sizes, page size, margins, headings, tables, figures, references, and other formatting specifications stated in the template.
Authors must use the journal’s official Manuscript Template when preparing their manuscripts.
5. Abstract and Keywords
The manuscript must include:
- An Arabic abstract.
- An English abstract.
- At least five Arabic keywords.
- At least five English keywords.
Abstracts and keywords must comply with the detailed requirements specified in the Manuscript Template.
6. Citations and References
All sources and references used in the manuscript must be properly cited according to the citation and referencing style specified in the journal’s Manuscript Template and submission requirements.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy of all bibliographic information, citations, and references included in their manuscripts.
7. Double-Blind Peer Review
All manuscripts that pass the initial screening undergo scholarly peer review under the Double-Blind Peer Review system.
Authors are required to submit only one manuscript file through the submission form. The file must contain the complete manuscript prepared according to the journal’s official template.
Before the manuscript is sent to reviewers, the Editorial Board removes information that may reveal the identity of the author or authors in order to preserve the confidentiality of the double-blind review process.
Authors are not required to prepare or submit a second anonymized version of the manuscript.
8. Submission File
Authors must upload one manuscript file through the journal’s Research Submission Form, in the format specified by the form and the journal’s Manuscript Template.
Authors must ensure that the file is:
- Clear and complete.
- Accessible and suitable for opening and processing.
- Prepared according to the journal’s official template.
- Free from identifying information in places that should remain anonymized for peer review.
Manuscripts are not accepted by email. Email is used for correspondence and inquiries concerning submission and publication.
9. Author Declaration
Upon submission, the author declares that:
- The manuscript is original and has not been previously published.
- The manuscript is not simultaneously submitted to another publication.
- All sources used in the manuscript have been properly cited.
- The information and data presented in the manuscript are accurate to the best of the authors’ knowledge and responsibility.
- The manuscript complies with research and publication ethics.
- The author agrees to comply with the relevant policies of the journal.
- All authors have approved the submission and the authorship information provided is accurate.
10. Use of Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools
Authors must comply with the journal’s Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools Policy.
Authors must disclose the use of generative artificial intelligence or automated tools whenever disclosure is required under the journal’s policy.
Artificial intelligence tools may not be listed as authors or co-authors of the manuscript.
Authors retain full responsibility for the content, accuracy, originality, and integrity of their manuscripts, including the accuracy of information and references.
11. Conflict of Interest and Funding
Authors must disclose any potential conflict of interest that may affect the research or publication process, as well as any source of funding or research support, where applicable.
12. Publication Fees
The journal applies a total publication fee to accepted manuscripts according to the author’s category:
- USD 100 for authors from outside Passion International University.
- USD 70 for faculty members of Passion International University.
An initial payment of USD 20 is required upon submission. This amount is an initial installment toward the total publication fee and is not an additional or separate submission fee.
Accordingly:
- Authors from outside the university: USD 20 upon submission + USD 80 after final acceptance = USD 100 total.
- Faculty members of Passion International University: USD 20 upon submission + USD 50 after final acceptance = USD 70 total.
The initial payment does not guarantee acceptance and does not influence the journal’s screening, peer-review, acceptance, or rejection decisions.
Peer review begins after the submission requirements have been completed, the initial payment has been made, and the manuscript has passed the initial screening.
Following final acceptance, the remaining balance must be paid within 14 days from the date of notification of final acceptance. If payment is not received, the author will be sent a reminder and granted an additional period in accordance with the journal’s procedures. If payment is not made or no response is received, the journal may administratively cancel the acceptance in accordance with its policy.
The initial payment is non-refundable once manuscript processing, screening, or peer review has begun.

Financial matters are completely independent of editorial and scholarly decisions. Fees and the author’s ability to pay do not influence the academic decision concerning the manuscript.
13. Post-Acceptance Editorial Processing
Following final acceptance and completion of the required financial procedures, the manuscript undergoes the necessary editorial, language, and formatting procedures before publication in accordance with the journal’s policies.
Authors remain responsible for the scientific content, data, references, and original language quality of their manuscripts.
14. Return of Manuscripts
Submitted manuscripts are not returned to authors after an editorial decision has been made, whether the manuscript is accepted or rejected. The journal retains submission records, correspondence, and files in accordance with its policies and internal procedures.
15. Author Responsibility
Submission of a manuscript constitutes the author’s acknowledgment that the author has read the Submission Guidelines and relevant journal policies and agrees to comply with all applicable academic, ethical, editorial, and financial requirements.
