Manuscript Submission

The researcher submits the manuscript via the journalโ€™s official submission form.

Required documents

  • Manuscript in Word format
  • Abstract in Arabic and English (250 words each)
  • Keywords (at least 6)
  • Researcher’s CV
  • Any other required documents

Initial Screening

The editorial board examines the research to ensure

  • Alignment with the journal’s scope
  • Compliance with submission guidelines and policies

The editorial board reserves the right to reject any research before review without stating reasons.

Peer Review

Approved research is sent to at least two specialized reviewers.

The journal follows a double-blind peer review system

  • Researchers’ names are hidden from reviewers.
  • Reviewers’ names are hidden from researchers.

If one reviewer rejects the research, it is referred to a third reviewer for a final decision.

Editorial Decision

After receiving the review reports, the editorial board takes one of the following decisions:

  • Final Acceptance
  • Revision Required (modify research based on reviewers’ comments)
  • Final Rejection

The board sends the final decision to the researcher with reviewers’ comments if any.

Payment of Publication Fees

Fees are paid only after final acceptance, according to the journal’s policy:

  • Researchers from outside Passion University: $100
  • Faculty members at Passion University: $70
  • Academic Grants: One free research per issue for each college.

Payment is made via

  • Bank card through the university’s official website
  • PayPal
  • Other methods depending on the country

The researcher attaches the payment receipt and fills out the confirmation form.

Editorial & Language Editing

After payment confirmation, the research undergoes language and editorial editing.

The revision includes

  • Formatting fonts and margins
  • Auditing references according to the APA system
  • Final formatting for publication

Final Formatting & Online Publication

  • The research undergoes final layout for the digital version.
  • The research is published on the website under the Open Access policy.
  • The research is available for free download to readers.

Author Notification

  • The researcher is notified when the research is officially published via email.
  • A PDF copy or a direct link to the published research is sent.

Important Notes

  • Research is not returned to the researcher after publication, whether accepted or rejected.
  • All stages are committed to confidentiality and academic integrity.
  • Any future changes in policies or procedures will be officially announced on the website.
