درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس للقرارات الإدارية المدرسية وعلاقتها بالإبداع الإداري لديهم من وجهة نظر المعلمين
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس للقرارات الإدارية المدرسية وعلاقتها بالإبداع الإداري لديهم من وجهة نظر المعلمين، استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الحكومية في مديرية تربية لواء البادية الشمالية الغربية البالغ عددهم (1310) معلمًا ومعلمة، اختيرت منهم عينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة تكونت من (300) معلمًا ومعلمة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس للقرارات الإدارية المدرسية من وجهة نظر المعلمين على الأداة ككل جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن مستوى الأداء الإبداع الإداري لمديري المدارس من وجهة نظر المعلمين على الأداة ككل جاء بدرة مرتفعة، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة قوية ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الاحصائية (0.05=α) بين تطبيق مديري المدارس للقرارات الإدارية المدرسية ومستوى الإبداع الإداري لديهم. في ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج توصي الدراسة بالاستمرار في عقد الدورات التدريبية من قبل الجهات المختصة في وزارة التربية والتعليم التي تُعنى بتعزيز مفهوم القرارات الإدارية لدى مديري المدارس، والعمل على تطبيق وممارسة هذا المفهوم في مختلف جوانب العمل المدرسي.
The study aimed to identify the degree of school principals’ application of school administrative decisions and its relationship to their administrative creativity from the teachers’ point of view. The descriptive relational approach was used, and the questionnaire was a tool for data collection. The study population consisted of all the male and female teachers of public schools in the Directorate of Education of the Northwestern Badia District, who numbered (1310) male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that the degree of application of school principals to school administrative decisions from the point of view of teachers on the tool as a whole came to a high degree, and that the level of performance of administrative creativity of school principals from the point of view of teachers on the tool as a whole was high, and there was a strong positive correlation with significant significance Statistical at the level of statistical significance (α = 0.05) between school principals’ application of school administrative decisions and their level of administrative creativity. In light of the findings of the study, the study recommends the continuation of holding training courses by the competent authorities in the Ministry of Education that are concerned with promoting the concept of administrative decisions among school principals, and working on applying and practicing this concept in various aspects of school work.
درجة توافر الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس داخل الخط الأخضر وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي للمعلمين
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة توافر الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس داخل الخط الأخضر وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي للمعلمين من وجهة نظر المعلمين، استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات وتحليلها، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (3421) معلمًا ومعلمة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (398) معلمًا ومعلمةً، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتيسرة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توافر الإبداع لدى مديري المدارس ومستوى الأداء الوظيفي للمعلمين جاء بدرجة (كبيرة)، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة وعالية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى توافر الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس داخل الخط الأخضر والأداء الوظيفي للمعلمين من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وبناءً على ذلك توصي الدراسة بضرورة التنمية الإدارية المستمرة للقيادات التربوية في البيئة المستمرة، وذلك بعقد دورات وورش عمل تحث دومًا على ممارسة الإبداع.
The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of administrative creativity among school principals within the Green Line and its relationship to the job performance of teachers from the teachers’ point of view. The descriptive relational approach was used, and the questionnaire was a tool for data collection and analysis. From (398) male and female teachers, they were selected using the available method. The results of the study showed that the degree of creativity among school principals and the level of job performance of teachers came to a (significant) degree, and there was a positive and high correlation relationship with statistical significance between the level of administrative creativity among school principals inside the Green Line and the job performance of teachers from the teachers’ point of view. هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس داخل الخط الخضر للمرونة الإدارية وعلاقتها بإبداعهم الإداري من وجهة نظر المعلمين، استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات وتحليلها، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من (11312) معلمًا ومعلمة في المدارس الثانوية، وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (405) معلمًا ومعلمة، تمَّ اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وأظهرت النتائج أنَّ درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس داخل الخط الخضر للمرونة الإدارية جاءت بدرجة (كبيرة)، وأنَّ مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس داخل الخط الخضر جاء بدرجة (كبيرة)، وبيّنت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α= 0.05) بين درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس داخل الخط الأخضر للمرونة الإدارية ومستوى الإبداع الإداري لديهم، وبناءً على ذلك توصي الدراسة، بضرورة الاستمرار بعقد دورات تدريبية لمديري المدارس حول المرونة الادارية.
The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of administrative flexibility by school principals within the Green Line and its relationship to their administrative creativity from the point of view of teachers. The descriptive relational approach was used, and the questionnaire was a tool for data collection and analysis. Secondary school, and the sample of the study consisted of (405) male and female teachers, who were selected in a simple random way, and the results showed that the degree of practice of administrative flexibility by school principals within the Green Line came to a (significant) degree, and that the level of administrative creativity among school principals Inside the green line came with a (significant) degree, and the results showed the existence of a positive correlation with statistical significance at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the degree of practice of administrative flexibility by school principals within the green line and the level of their administrative creativity, based on Accordingly, the study recommends the need to continue holding training courses for school principals on administrative flexibility
