السلوك الإداري الريـادي لمديرات ريـاض الأطفال في محافظة المفرق وعلاقته بتنمية المهارات الإبداعية لدى المعلمات
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى السلوك الإداري الريـادي لمديرات ريـاض الأطفال في محافظة المفرق وعلاقته بتنمية المهارات الإبداعية لدى المعلمات, واستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي, وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمات ريـاض الأطفال الحكومية في محافظة المفرق والبالغ عددهنَّ (404) معلمات, واختيرت عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وتكونت من (197) معلمة, ولجمع البيـانات من أفراد العينة استخدمت استبانة توزعت على مجالات محور السلوك الإداري الريـادي لمديرات ريـاض الأطفال المتمثلة في (الرؤية, والمبادأة, والاستباقية) وفقرات مجال تنمية المهارات الإبداعية لدى المعلمات, وتم التحقق من دلالات صدقها وثباتها. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديرات ريـاض الأطفال في محافظة المفرق للسلوك الإداري الريـادي جاءت بدرجة كلية متوسطة ولجميع المجالات كما توصلت النتائج أن مستوى تنمية المهارات الإبداعية لدى معلمات ريـاض الأطفال جاءت بدرجة متوسطة, وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط إجابات أفراد العينة على درجة ممارسة مديرات ريـاض الأطفال في محافظة المفرق للسلوك الإداري الريـادي, وعلى مستوى تنمية المهارات الإبداعية لدى المعلمات تعزى لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي ولصالح البكالوريوس, وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لعدد سنوات الخبرة وملكية الروضة والمديرية, وكشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ودالة إحصائيـا بين ممارسة مديرات ريـاض الأطفال للسلوك الإداري الريـادي وتنمية المهارات الإبداعية لدى المعلمات. وأوصت الدراسة بأن توفر إدارات ريـاض الأطفال أجواء تعاونية وبيئة تنظيمية تنمي الإبداع لدى المعلمات.
This study aimed to identify the pioneering administrative behavior of kindergarten principals in Mafraq Governorate and its relationship to the development of creative skills among female teachers, and used the descriptive correlational survey approach, and the study community consisted of all government kindergarten teachers in Mafraq Governorate, numbering (404) teachers, and the study sample was selected in a simple random way and consisted of (197) teachers, and to collect data from the sample members used a questionnaire distributed on the areas of the axis of pioneering administrative behavior for kindergarten directors represented in (vision, And initiation, and proactive) and paragraphs of the field of development of creative skills of teachers, and the indications of their sincerity and stability were verified The results of the study found that the degree of practice of kindergarten principals in Mafraq Governorate for pioneering administrative behavior came with a total degree of medium and for all fields, and the results also found that the level of development of creative skills among kindergarten teachers came with an average degree, and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the average answers of the sample members on the degree of practice of kindergarten principals in Mafraq Governorate for pioneering administrative behavior. At the level of developing the creative skills of teachers due to the variables of scientific qualification and in favor of the bachelor’s degree, and there are no differences due to the number of years of experience and ownership of kindergarten and directorate, and the results revealed a positive and statistically significant correlation between the practice of kindergarten principals of pioneering administrative behavior and the development of creative skills among teachers. The study recommended that kindergarten administrations provide a cooperative atmosphere and an organizational environment that develops creativity among teachers.
