الدور القيادي لمديري المدارس داخل الخط الأخضر في تحقيق التميز المدرسي وعلاقته بالأداء الوظيفي للمعلمين
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى الدور القيادي لمديري المدارس داخل الخط الأخضر في تحقيق التميز المدرسي وعلاقته بالأداء الوظيفي للمعلمين من وجهة نظر المعلمين، استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المدارس داخل الخط الأخضر، البالغ عددهم (6601) معلمًا ومعلمة، اختيرت منهم عينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة تكونت (393) معلمًا ومعلمة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الدور القيادي لمديري المدارس في تحقيق التميز المدرسي داخل الخط الأخضر من وجهة نظر المعلمين على الأداة ككل جاء بدرجة كبيرة، وأن مستوى الأداء الوظيفي للمعلمين من وجهة نظرهم جاء بدرة كبيرة، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة قوية ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الاحصائية (0.05=α) بين الدور القيادي لمديري المدارس في تحقيق التميز المدرسي ومستوى الأداء الوظيفي للمعلمين.
The study aimed to identify the leadership role of school principals inside the Green Line in achieving school excellence and its relationship to teachers’ job performance from the teachers’ point of view. The descriptive-relational approach was used, and the questionnaire was a data collection tool. The study population consisted of all the male and female teachers of schools within the Green Line, whose number is (6601) male and female teachers. A sample of them was chosen by simple random method, consisting of (393) male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that the leadership role of school principals in achieving school excellence within the green line from the point of view of teachers on the tool as a whole came to a large degree, and that the level of job performance of teachers from their point of view was very significant, and there was a strong positive correlation with statistical significance at The level of statistical significance (0.05 = α) between the leadership role of school principals in achieving school excellence and the level of job performance of teachers.
